HEMP
For a multitude of reasons, we have exclusively used Hemp for the past 3 years. The social and economic benefits are extraordinary. The environmental advantages, such as the substantial reduction in water consumption, are impressive. One of the coolest things about hemp is its ability to absorb 4x the amount of carbon than conventional crops, along with the reduction in fossil fuel usage since we don't rely on synthetic fertilizers. These efforts are significant strides toward our goal.
ORGANIC COTTON
Organic cotton is a game-changer for the environment and the social and ecomonical returns are stunning. It uses significantly less water compared to conventional cotton, helping to conserve our resource. Additionally, organic farming practices eliminate the need for harmful synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, which reduces soil and water contamination. Another remarkable benefit is carbon sequestration. Organic cotton farming improves soil health, allowing the soil to capture and store more carbon dioxide, which helps combat climate change.
RECYCLED COTTON
We believe clothing should stand for something more than just how it looks. By using recycled cotton, we’re giving existing materials a second life and reducing the amount of textile waste that ends up in landfill. It allows us to create pieces with intention, without contributing to the demand for new cotton farming, excess water use, or unnecessary chemicals.
